1. Please note that registration is mandatory for all participants: invited speakers, contributed speakers, session chairs, poster presenters and those who wish to attend the sessions.

2. Registration fees covers conference materials, lunch, dinner and tea for all 3 days of the meeting.

3. Registration fees are for the entire conference – registration for part of the conference is not possible

Accommodation

Limited on-campus accommodation on single/twin sharing basis (INR900 /person/night) in the Institute guest house is available on first-come, first-serve basis for faculty members and Scientists. Accommodation in the Hostels of IIT(BHU) will be provided to the student participants on request. Those interested in staying in hotels may make their own arrangement directly or through “Make my Travel” (Email: makemytravelsvns@gmail.com)
